Ever wonder what archaeologists do with all that stuff they dig up at archaeological sites once the fieldwork is finished? Join the Florida Public Archaeology Network in this volunteer lab and you can find out! You will get the chance to sort through, identify, and wash artifacts from real archaeological sites while learning how researchers can use them to discover new information about the past.
All ages are welcome to participate or observe but children 12 and under should be accompanied by an adult.
