The Southeast Region is hosted by Florida Atlantic University’s Department of Anthropology. Housed on the FAU Fort Lauderdale campus in Askew Tower, the Southeast Regional Center is responsible for public outreach in archaeology for Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe and Palm Beach Counties, which are home to more than 5.6 million residents.
