Lecture: Future of Tampa Bay's Water Sources in Age of Climate Change

Description: Join us for the Our Florida, Our History Lecture Series to hear Mark Hafen talk about "The Future of Tampa Bay's Water Sources in an Age of Climate Change."

Dr. Hafen will discuss climate change, how it will impact community water resources, and what communities can do to adapt to that.

Mark R. Hafen is Assistant Director in the School of Public Affairs at USF, where he directs the Master of Urban & Regional Planning (MURP) program, with an emphasis on climate change adaptation and urban environmental policy and planning. He is co-author of the 2016 book, Sea Level Rise in Florida: Science, Impacts and Option, and serves on the Tampa Bay Climate Science Advisory Panel and the Florida Water and Climate Alliance.
