Description: Every March De Soto Memorial brings together re-enactor groups from all over Florida for a timeline spanning 500 years.

The Great Caper (Operation Spy!) at the Tampa Bay History Center

Time: 10:00 am til 3:00 pm

Location: Tampa Bay History Center, 801 Old Water Street, Tampa, FL

Description: Prepare to accept your mission: Armed with an optional GPS device, recieve codes and clues as you hop on and off the TECO streetcar line through Channelside and Ybor City in search of history, mystery, and storied landmarks. The operation starts with an investigative scavenger hunt through our galleries. Return to the History Center to create a scrapbook of your sluething or debrief in our newest exhibit, Spies, Traitors and Saboteurs: Fear and Freedom in America.
WHEN: Saturday, Mar. 31 from 10- 3 p.m.
WHO: Spies of all ages
COST: $15/adults, $10/child (TBHC Members)
$18/adults, $12/child (Non-Members)
