Description: To kick off the Vicente Martinez-Ybor Bicentennial Celebration, the Ybor City Museum State Park is offering free admission to the grounds and museum from 1:00-5:00 on September 7th!
If you would like to stay for the evening events of the Vicente Martinez-Ybor Bicentennial Celebration from 5 - 8 pm, advanced registration and a printed ticket are required for admission.

Vicente Martinez-Ybor Bicentennial Celebration

Description: Celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Vicente Martinez-Ybor, who led the way for the establishment of Tampa's iconic cigar industry and founded Ybor City.
His great-grandson, Rafael Martinez-Ybor and noted speakers will participate in a ceremony to honor Ybor's accomplishments and contributions. Ybor City's cultural and business organizations will take part in the event.
The event includes live music, light refreshments, dominoes and other activities representative of Ybor City's cultural heritage.
ADMISSION IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Reservations are required and attendees must present their printed tickets at the admission desk.
