Description: 2012 FMSEA Annual Conference: Opening Keynote Speaker will be Pierre-Yves Cousteau, President of Cousteau Divers USA. Our Closing Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Ellen Prager, President of Earth2Ocean and author of the book Sex, Drugs and Sea Slime.
Founded in 1968, FMSEA is a professional association of individuals and organizations devoted to the cause of marine education in Florida.
