Description: Ever wanted to try your hand at being an archaeologist? Archaeologists spend much more time researching artifacts than they do digging them up. Join University of Miami Department of Anthropology, Florida Public Archaeology Network - Southeast Region, and ASSF-Archaeological Society of Southern Florida for a day in the lab! You'll learn how to clean, handle, and identify real pieces of South Florida's past!
